Hi, I'm after some advice on converting my current CH system to Wiser smart system. In particular, looking for advice on whether I can use the Wiser Hub without using Wiser's specialist Underfloor heating controller. Current set-up • System boiler (Vaillant ecoFIT pure 630) with unvented hot...

Hi. I have underfloor heating controlled by these actuators. One of the behr actuators is stuck on. Can anyone help advise how to turn it off? The newer one on the right is easy to remove and see the pin. The other two don’t seem to have an easy method of removal. Can anyone help?

Hi. Really strange one. Our underfloor works lovely. But once it clicks off, it stays off, resolutely. This can be either from the zone thermostat or, strangely, after we've showered using water for a megaflow tank. It's speedfit manifold but I think problem might be with JG wiring...

We’ve had a UFH system installed as part of our home renovation which is run alongside our existing radiators. Some of it is in rooms with LVT flooring which means we’ve got to be careful with water temperature (floor temp limits are set, but can easily overshoot if water is too hot). Our...

I live in a property where underfloor heating was already installed by a previous owner. No manual was left, not even sure of the model/setup of our system (other than the fact that it’s a wet system linked to my boiler/central heating system & I can see these pipes behind a cupboard). It is...

I have looked at the S-PLAN wiring diagram (standard) for my new UFH/DHW system, but I don't think it offers me the best use of the new heat pumps resources, given i want to run the heat pump at low temp for a long time during sunlight hours only. Instead I came up with different control plan...
