Hi, I've got gravitational water system in my house with the tank in a loft and hot water cylinder upstairs. Despite the fact that I am setting my hot water settings on my programmer to always off, the hot water is still running from my taps? Do not understand that ...is hot water cylinder using my electric to heat up the water..will be better off to leave it on as gas is bit cheaper? Is that right?
