went out to price a job this week, boiler change standard to combi and installation of a new rad.

when i put my quote in and told the customer it would take 2 days she was shocked as she had a quote off a large very well known company who had quoted £5000 yes £5000 higher than me and said it will take 4 days

i just dont know how they get away with it?

they charged 3500 for a combi swap at my friends house, all pipes present and correct, and she paid it, crazy some people

yeh i got the job and im thinking of employing someone to follow these guys around to quote after them haha
