We recently had the flat replastered and the plasterer took radiators off the walls. He has replaced them but only 2 out of the three work. The one furthest from the boiler is stone cold - including the pipes. I have tried to contact him to see what he did when reinstalling but to no avail. We have bled it and water seems to be coming out fine. It has a TRV on it, as does one of the other ones which is working fine. Our bolier is new (about a year old) and the system was flushed while the boiler was installed and new TRVs fitted. Everything was working fine before they were removed. Any help would be much appreciated as I dont want to call out a plumber, I am sure it is a really simple trick I am missing!

sounds like it might need balancing. Im guessing the three rads are connected? trying turning the locksheilds on the working 2 down creating resistance to the flow. this should push the water along to the cold rad.

but check the rad is bled etc

Try shutting all the other rads down to allow flow solely to problem rad (with both valves fully open(count turns on lockshield and set back after)).Try bleeding problem rad again and see if this works.
