Hi everyone!

Im still in training but do a few basic jobs!
I have been asked by a local animal rescue that I volunteer my services for and they have asked this of me (bear in mind, I haven't been up to look yet)

2 sinks on one wall, when one empties, the second starts to fill with dirty water!
They have had all the waste pipes apart and there is no blockage!

Any ideas before I travel up there and its a good 40min drive?

It all depends upon the length and layout of the pipework to determine whats up

ASk them to take some pictures of the waste pipes and post them here so that we can give a more informed response

In general if the water cannot escape quickly enough it will run down the path of least resistance i.e. up into the sink next to it. So there may be a partial blockage that needs sorting further down.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
