Plumber required Sandbach, Cheshire.
The house has a tiny en-suite bathroom and water is leaking through the hallway ceiling. I'd like someone to assess the leak(s) (and fix if possible).
I'd also like someone to replace the bath and toilet at a later date. New bath must be steel (my wife insists!) Current bath is cast iron, turquoise! Toilet is equally ancient with separate water tank above. This will limit the choice of replacements as space is tight but not impossible.
