glow worm ultimate flue help

hi,
i have a ultimate boiler and i want to change my flue, it comes out of the back and i now would like it to come out of the side.
Ive been told they are no longer made,ive been told there is a standard horizontal fitting kit part no a2034300 will this do the job ? can anyone advise please.

Hi, Think you have to have an adaptor to fit onto exhaust/inner flue elbow, which extends for side flue.
