Can you identify this kitchen sink tap fixing please ?

This tap's a few years old and I haven't come across a fixing like this. Any idea how to free the tap? Looks like it needs a special tool.

You take the up and down for the plug out. And use an allen key in the hole left


I think this is an ideal tap

Very handy for hard to reach places

It was sold under the Leisure brand, the company that get involved with kitchen sinks. It shouldn't fight you to get it off.
