model - quartz pumped processor "on the wall"
poblem - the control light (red) stays on all the time can't switch off, no water coming through.
Switched off at mains waited a while, switched on, and heard two small clunks and that was all, light still on ,no water.
This has only started after we had to turn off the power for a day, is this just coincidence?
Any help would be great thanks

Depends which quartz you have ? Digital Thermo or electric as the only one with a pump is the digital ? and if so why is it getting water from mains ??

Aqualisa can give you some pointers.
