Yes you want a min of 2m above the coil of the cylinder to the bottom of the f and e tank

This isnt possible
Why has no one onsite mentioned this 2m min??

Think of your current height and coil height bet that’s over 2m

Easier just to seal as @ShaunCorbs says. No point going to the effort to raise the tank.

£360 is up North, so £450 South West is probably not bad

Don't forget, pay cheap pay twice. Good labour costs.

Why does the feed and expansion for the boiler need to be a mimimum 2m??

You are assuming the feed and vent are connected either side of the boiler? I'd have the feed and vent both on the suction side of the pump on a low head system, no pumping over and only consideration is enough head to prevent cavitation.
