I almost had pie and mash last week in Romford Market but was overruled, next time will be MY choice.

I had tripe in spain a few years ago just about ediable as it was done in a casserole. But def wouldnt try the others. My gran used always go on about having sheeps brain on toast as a kid. Not sure i could stomach that

Not sure about sheep's brain but I once ate deep-fried cow brain. Spent a week in Transylvania and had a day-trip to Bran (Dracula's) Castle, on the way back the minibus stopped at a roadside restaurant. For some reason I thought that my school level French would suffice at getting me through the Romanian menu without the assistance of the tour guide. I proudly pointed and said 'creier pane', thinking it was some cheesy type bread and even when it was served I was none the wiser. It was light and fluffy with something like chives in, I thought I was eating something like deep-fried philadelphia haha. At some point, the guide asked me if I knew what I was eating.. I was a bit horrified but I was with a group of other lads and decided I'd polish it off not to look like a woose.

After that, the swines ordered it at very opportunity for me for the rest of the trip.
