Another beauty. I've saved both Scott's and Chalked's images to show to the apprentices the high standards they should be trying to achieve. Both of you are doing top quality work.

bit further today.
to aswer the questions above, the outputs are 24kw each, so,50kw.
the Spirocross is a low loss header and microbubble de aerator.

Today I am installing a plumbing bay in the workshop with an electric boiler, unvented cylinder, 2 radiators and 2 underfloor circuits and manifold. Our level three students are going to be working on controls so I put in all the pipework and leave gaps where the controls/pumps have to be fitted and wired in to a board they have made up. Then they go live with the system and see if it all works.

I already have one bay set up for this but this year the group is larger than normal so I need the extra facility to prevent a bottleneck on the course. All pretty standard stuff really but I like doing these installations as the conditions are good.

Bad day at the office for me this system just fell apart on me taken from 9am till 3pm to repair it get it filled and start flushing grrrr 5pm and still here . Kop
This is exactly why the cost compare ops on Pf dont get why jobs COMPLETED properly cost more than mickey mouse outfits. well done and its Friday
I will open a tin in your honour ...chking

New boiler time kop :D

Looking that way Shaunie whole new system I think metal fatigue every where

Yep when it’s that bad you just have to think feck it it’s going to cost too much
