I DO know what you're all talking about with the parts by the way. Don't think it's a leaking spindle, the water mark is higher up than that bottom point.

It's got the keyless system for refilling, if that's what you mean? Blue handle underneath, much easier than the old boiler taps for flow and cold inlet. Leak isn't from that bit though, as that's the cold inlet which is to the left of the CH return.
