lol my uncle was from newcastle who worked for british gas.. my australian husband is a professional painter & decorator, but work is so tight
 
Just a thought.
If your landlord wants to sell the house then she will be making you homeless.
In that case your local authority will provide temporary accommodation for you and your family until a suitable property becomes available for you.

This route may provide you with a much better home with a housing association for less rent.

Small world ... I worked for BG 25 years before going it alone :) Got a cuz in Australia who'd ex ... husband is a painter and decorator...........LOL .. go figure! :) His name is Pete/Peter! :)
