You done well on to the next one8 days, 2 men
Thought that was only for heatpumps ? and you need MCS registration they may have had a pay back when they had the biomass boiler fitted ? but that's long gone now , Rumor has it Rishi has plans to squash that as a waste of money, a average heatpump install is around £13000 - £5000 pay back leaves £8000 to pay so out of reach for Mr & Mrs average this scheme is paying wealthy people to install heatpumps at a discount the money would be better spent insulating people's homes so they don't need their boilers on for so long and their homes then retain the heat generated, as a consequence boiler emmisions are reduced helping achieve net zero. ? . Regards KopWell catching up on servicing before starting a boiler install next Thursday. Oil to replace Bio Mass. Customer phones this morning, been talking to a friend, I should be able to get 5k off the government, can I sort it, No. Boilers on order from Hounsfield, tanks coming thursday/friday and just bought all the controls and fittings. They've paid a deposit to cover all materials and my % on top.
Told them to start looking into it. But that the boiler, tank and bits theirs now regardless of what happens.
Love my job.

Not sure if it’s the same, but I've seen some housing stock near ours built with no fines have had an outer layer installed, not sure if they used something like polystyrene blocks or similar. Not a lot you can do with a rubble filled twin stone wall.
Reported?Kitchen fitter had capped off the gas hob with a push fit stop end.
Probably should have but I do t need the hassleReported?
Finished and dressed by clientGot this one finished just needs decorating before toothbrush charger illuminated mirror, bathroom cabinet and shaving mirror can go up, I would recommend Flova brassware if you want something a little different you can feel the quality and the customer service team were a pleasure to deal with , a week ahead of small jobs before another bathroom and a ensuite and a heating upgrade.
Regards Kop

Why do you have a leak from your cable?3 vertical rads fitted , I got them online from the radiator outlet at a reasonable price and matching trvs and lockshields struggled to find anything local these seem to be good if you need rads fast worth a look . Kop

I wouldn't worry about it, sometimes it has to be done I've seen much worse in the building trade than notched joists - found a floating cavity wall onceBeen on wood butchery duties this week framing out this new shower in the ensuite, carrying on in this property from last week getting the low level tray fitted was a challenge had to cut out more than I liked but it's coming on now . Kop
Yes. It's also annoying now, none of our suppliers store them right so they're all bowed to f*** Have a right nightmare fitting them sometimes. I'll also refuse to fit the MDF ones, but now multipanel have started using MDF. Managed to get a different brand at our local builders merchants.Anyone’s arse start twitching when you have to cut holes in this stuff can never double check too much
Expensive if you get it wrong nowAnyone’s arse start twitching when you have to cut holes in this stuff can never double check too much
