Hello, I have a mixer tap which needs replacing. The tap has three tails, one tail is cold water mains in, the second tail goes out to a water heater and the third tail is the return from the water heater. Where can I find a tap like this please and what are they called?

Heatrae streamline use to have vented taps, called pack h and pack k i think

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Would I have to use a heatrae tap with a heatrea heater or could I use a zip tap? Zip Single Lever Basin Tap - Vented
Just wondering about the compatability and if there would be any issues

any tap provided its vented, its a safety featurethe tap actually turns the supply of before the heater and leaves the outlet of the heater open to the tap to allow the heater to vent into the sink if it should boil due to a stat failing

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.
