Anyone had any experience of these? A client has one and says it hasn't had any noticeable effect. Looking at the website, it claims to be a resin-bead-based softener, but doesn't use salt to regenerate the resin beads - says the resin beads last 3 to 5 years without the need for salt. Can this possibly work?

I fitted one in my place to whole house using an unvented system. Have a steriliser for baby and it is definitely cleaner now.

HI guys, any more information on this? Looking to fit one for a customer but can find little information other than from Monarch.

Also need to fit a softener into my house and I can't fit the usual type, this one would fit nicely! However I want to be reassured that it does what it says on the tin!!

How you finding this... I see them in the merchant but the online reviews say they don't work...

Anyone else had experiences with them?
