Does anyone know this brand of Unvented Cylinder?

Two different brands of Unvented Cylinder have been recommended to me.
I have never heard of either of them, nor can I find reviews of them.

Does anyone know them?

They both appear to have innovative internal expansion vessels, like the Mega-Flo's.

Don't know the evocyl, but the OSO cylinders are, in my opinion, well made. They aren't cheap.
