Hi guys I'm about to start a 6 week man alive fitness challenge in aid of cancer focus

I'm asking if you would all please dig deep in your pockets for a little help

Hi APP it's a 6 week challenge to change lifestyle get fit and eat healthy
Have to train 4 times a week and submit a food diary and there is a challenge every Sunday like mud runs boot camps ect

At the end when I tell you mate

Up to know trying hardest to stick to the diet and it's actually going ok

Had 3rounds of gym classes ( very sore lol)

And did a boot camp today
Like a mini army assault course today was good fun actually but I'm sure I'll not be saying that getting out of bed in morning lol
