My plumber says I’m missing the bits that go into the back of the toilet (two small holes either side) he’s only fitted side fixing ones before he’s says. Anyone know what they are called. Unfortunately I bought from Victoria plum and they are no use

I’m guessing wall hung toilet and frame ?

Yes it’s this toilet. I have an existing saneux frame already built in.

AFAIK, 'mounting studs' are the bits that are fixed to the wall frame. After they've been adjusted to the correct length, these are covered by 'stud caps'. The bits that go in the pan casting and that you tighten to hold the pan onto the stud caps are the 'mounting receivers'.

I'm not sure how standardised these terms are.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

I have an ideal vogue max S18 boiler and I’m considering fitting auto balancing TRVs, my question relates to the boilers pump. I see a boiler pump menu for either 70% or 100%, so, is the pump set at either one of two fixed speed percentages or does the pump actually vary speed, (modulate)...
