I have a boiler that turns itself off every 5 minutes, to turn it back on, i have to press the little button on this. Anyone know what it is?

yeah i do.. so if i have to press that button to get the boiler back on, would that mean i need to look at the settings on the receiver? or is it battery related?

i would say change the batteries in the room stat as you shouldn't using that button

would that button reconnect the receiver to the hand held? if so ,then it might well be batteries

no that button just manually turns the heating on for installer test
