Good Day everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to post.
I live in an apartment, there are two apartments on this compound.
Two tanks, one for each of us.
However, our tank always runs dry and the neighbor's own is always full.
Any idea what might be causing this?

Are these pics fine ?

are you sure yours is just connected to your property and not your neighbors as well?

Where’s the hose fed from eg supply the tank ??

The hose I'm gonna use is connected to the neighbor's tank
So I was just going to use that to fill my tank.
They're allowing me, because I think we figured out that their tank is taking my water somehow

Do you have any access holes / panels in the top ?

So I was just going to use that to fill my tank.
That's going to be a very time-consuming process. I think you will soon want to get a plumber to fix the pipework so that each tank feeds the correct dwelling. It should be a relatively quick and easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.
