Valliant ecofit sustain 618 elastic banging noise

Hi All

New here I've got a problem with our brand new ecofit sustain 618 boiler about 6 months old and seems to have developed a banging noise. Below is a link to a youtube video so you can see what it sounds like. I've had the plumbers around and they can't work out what it is its driving us insane.
It sounds like an elastic banging on metal and when the plumber took off the case seems to be coming from the top right hand side of the boiler and seems to happen after the boiler has been heating up the hot water/heating for a while and is cooling down. Seems like its some sort of contraction thats causing it. We've checked all around the boiler and its definitely not coming from any of the pipes.

Sorry the video is only from underneath the boiler however even with the front off nothing obvious looks out of place.

Yep just reached out to them directly, apparently the plumber reached out on their valliant forum and hasn't heard anything back.
I was hoping someone on here might have come across it before!

Turned out it was a 2 minute job for the engineer, it was a wall screw on the back case that was overtightened. Took the front off, unscrewed it 1/2 turn and the noise has vanished!!

Normally on the hex to mount it to the case glad it’s sorted
