Looking for a top access 90mm shower waste, what's a good quality one, also want it sealed and usable as quickly as possible, do you install with silicone added to the seal top and bottom and if so which is the quickest curing silicone.

Follow the manufacturers recommendations, Mcalpine will tell you what to apply and where. As for quickest, not sure, but they usually recommend a neutral curing silicone, which usually cures in 24 hours.
