My circular water tank has split , and I am unable to replace tank with a similar size due loft conversion. Recently replaced hot water tank so I do not really want to go down the pressurized root. Any ideas on replacing the tank ? Any flexible products on the market or smaller multi tank solutions etc ?

Black poly cisterns can be collapsed, in order to get through loft hatch etc.

get a coffin tank or look about, there are plenty of different sizes made for all sorts of applications, just cost more..
