Hello. I have lived in this circa 1990, split floor plan house in FL for 23 years w/ no plumbing problems. Recently, slight amounts of grey water sporadically back up in the master tub. Timing is unknown—never actually see it happen, however the dirty evidence is there. Plumber has used...
It’s not coming in from the door. The wall along the staircase is part of the garage and nothing appears to be wet in there. The staircase is behind the laundry room and nothing is wet in there either.
Hi all, we have an LG Inverter V, about 4 years old, that is leaking water out of the indoor unit. We had a maintenance person in who both washed out the unit, and as well suctioned out the outside hose, and then sprayed water from unit down through it and seemed to flow OK. But we still have...

I went to a ideal logic that is losing pressure every week. So won't fire. Have checked all visible pipework and valves no sign of a leak. I removed sump cover on front of the boiler and there was water under the heat exchanger. I dryed this off left the heating off and the water came back. Has...

I noticed a split had occurred in the centre of a in line connector, (orientated towards the top to bottom of ends) one end was connected to 15mm plastic pipe and 15mm copper at the other. The pipe work was connected to the water feed pipe into a water tank in the loft.
I traced the other end...

Anyone familiar with this boiler and come across something similar before?
The tech guys said it must be an external control. I'm not so sure.
New fan put in 3 weeks ago.
Colleague thinks pcb or gas valve, leaning towards pcb.
I have ordered a few different parts so hopefully its one of those.
