Hi everyone, I have one of those taps that have a pull out hose and extend to rinse your dishes etc... anyway, being the idiot that I am, I unscrewed the head to give it a clean. The hose went back up into the tap about an inch or two, and I cannot for the life of me retrieve it. I've tried pushing the hose up from the other end (under the sink), but this doesn't work (think trying to perform with brewers droop). Do I have to dismantle the whole thing (ie: call someone lol) or is there a trick I'm missing? Thanks :)

Has anybody you know got a pair of needle nose pliers?
or is the tap too curved to reach the end of the hose that's up the spout?!

I looked into the tap, but I can't see where this would get any grip. Thanks for the reply :)

I think I will call the guy who fitted the tap (think I found him on here) to come and look at it. I need a new toilet in the bathroom anyway. Thank you all for the replies. You guys are always so helpful. :)

We have just moved in to a 1934 Semi- and I am getting round a few simple DIY tasks, including a couple of plumbing-part renewals such as modern pipe/u-bend/fittings to kitchen sink, rinse sink etc as preventative maintenance! Nothing complex or specialist, that's for you expert guys! But in...
