[h=6]Does anyone know how to stop a shower running? It will NOT turn off even though we have pressed the off button it just keeps running. Where is the isolation valve/ shut off valve? It's a Triton T80xr. Please help someone? Anything that will help. The water just will not stop running, it's such a waste :/[/h]

Turn the power off

yo ushould have a pull switch on the ceiling if it was wired up correctly just isolate the power.

If you have turned off power to the shower and the water keeps running, solenoid valve is stuck in the open position.
