Hello

I had a new boiler installed yesterday. Ideal logic heat 12

When both the heating and water is on, it makes a terrible noise.

Has anybody got any idea what this could be?

If you need more details please let me know.

thank you

Do'nt know if anyone has mentioned it but I would get installer back !! asap

With the Ideal maybe get used to having trouble with it as not a manufacturer with the best rep which is why they are so cheap

Good Luck

to be honest i liked the logic +, installed an espirit 2 today and felt like going to B&Q buying an axe and putting it through the front of it

I put one in a few weeks back and fortunately the customer is selling the house so hopefully it should last its 2 year guarantee , fingers crossed
