Hi there. So i need to change the Hatria toilet seat cover, but i cannot take it off the toilet so easy. I found few hidden screws in the hinges and unscrewed them, but the hinges only got loosen and that is where i am stuck. I add some photos. Should just pull up if you don’t want the seat you could try using a flat bladed screwdriver to help it start moving between the circle and the hinge be careful

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
