'hello there' people . i fitted a undersink water heater earlier (streamline) normally brilliant heaters but this one dont seem to be giving hot water.
electrical supply :)
water supply :)
rotated element plate 180 deg:)
there must be something iv'e missed:confused:.......oh by way unit is brand new.
thought i would try you guys first before contacting service line tomoz.

have you power through thermostat and element,does high limit require re setting ,all wiring connected correctly,just some thoughts

right tap turned on :D
 
correct me if Im wrong but I seem to think these have a fusible link of some sort in case its turned on by mistake without water...:)Regards turnpin
 
if its brand new, bet you a pound the safety thermal cut out on stat, came from factory 'popped' - just reset it.
most of the small zips we fit are the same - tested and left popped.

i put the prob bk to heatrae and they sent a engineer out , i wasnt getting paid for my time so i pushed prob on.
