Hi all, new here so firstly hi and thanks for your time in advance.

I have a Ferolli F24 boiler and have been an unusual problem. Essentially I can not get any DHW unless the CH is on. Diverter valve been replaced, so not that.DHW and CH sensors also appear fine.

The reason i know this as I swapped the orange CH loom with the the blue CHW cable loom only to find I can now obtain DHW without CH. In other words the situation appears to have reversed itself. Does anybody have any thoughts on this?

A member of another forum suggested there is a known fix from Ferolli on this which involved opening up the combustion cover! Seems in the wrong area to me. Cheers.
