Hi

I am looking to buy a number of toilets for rented flats. I don't want the new type of flush as when they go wrong I will get a huge water bill ( I pay the water bill). On the old siphons the only thing to go wrong was a split diaphragm which just meant the toilet wouldn't flush.
Does anyone know where I can buy some cheap contract modernish toilets with a handle operated siphon and preferably a ball valve fill please( ie not torbeck)?

Tyfords and bin the siphon and ball valves as cheep

Fit then with turbo 88 adjustables and fluid master brass float valves

Stick to push-button WC's but make sure they're Siamp internals. When they go wrong (because everything does) can be changed by pretty much anyone and available same day!

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Toilet is leaking into the bowl. This one pushes in with a half turn but I can't find one anywhere.
