I don't recognise the make unfortunately. The other "unfortunately" is that you shouldn't really be replacing that tap with another pull out spout type because it's near impossible to make it comply with water regs due to being a high backflow risk situation (basically needs to be treated the same way as a bidet with its own break tank which nobody will ever do). I would replace it with a non-pull out spout design of your choice.
