Hot water getting into header tank

Hi. My system is doing the same. Did you ever get the problem sorted out?

Yes the old conversion type of heat transfer tubes and Hot water cylinder were removed and a new one fitted that had the standard coil to transfer the heat from boiler circuit to the hot water cylinder,haven't had a problem since
