Probably one that needs a gas safe engineer to rectify.

Hi, thanks for responding. Have had an engineer and he recommended a powerflush without really seeming to know what the fault was. Was hoping that someone may have come across this specific error code and could advise.

Yep just checked no A27 fault code .

You could ring Baxi tomorrow ( good luck , you will need it )
However they may need a GS no first.
