Card ran out yesterday. 5yr renewal taken in march. New photo on gassafe website. As I pay direct debit debit, website says I don`t have to do anything.
Is there still delays in sending out new documentation ?

Just ring Gas Safe in the morning and check whats happened to documentation....if you are on their site .probably lost in post

if you have read there letters/mags you will see they have had problems with the cards and if you haven't received yours to phone them up :)

Haven't received mine either, but then again I've never been asked for it.

If you are up to date on the website with new details then you are good to go, the card will follow on,

I've got cards from this lad I know but I'm not on the website. Well the bloke who's card it was is? If that makes sense.

got mine 3 weeks later. no problem if your on website but just give them a bell for p.o.m

Took my reassessments paid my £750:00 then told it will take up to 30 days for card to come through!

They were real quick with my card this year as ran out 2 weeks ago and new registration and card was in the door within 10 days which is mighty quick considering I'm North Scotland , ( we always allow couple days post , even with next day delivery there's no such a thing here lol,,, )

Hi, I seemed to have a blockage in kitchen sink. A plumber came and cleared all the pipework that is visible inside my home (there was debris and pebbles!) We saw that the pipe that takes water down the gutter was visibly full to the top. He said he will return with a coil to push through...

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
