Garage security locks?????

I have my garage broken into again (twice in the larst five months) each time they nicked my scrap, can any one recomend some good garage sercurity locks. the garage is in a separete block just across the road so it has no power for alarms. Has any got any good ideas for locks?

There's a few options for securing up and over doors. A few are on the link below:

Even if there's no power available you could go with a battery or solar powered alarm. At least you'll know if someone is trying their luck and you get the chance to introduce them to the business end of a large set of stilsons.

Bit of a pain but could something be rigged up via car battery to power an alarm, obviously would require swapping and charging
