Hi Ray, is it possible to purchase online from Williams using a credit account?

I can't see anywhere on your website that says its possible. If it can be done it'll allow me to take advantage of your great prices a lot more.

Cheers

Hi Rckape

Yep, if you have a credit account with Williams & Co, you can use it on the tradeonlyplumbing site as well.

You can either download a form and fill it in the old fashioned way, or apply on line. Link

Cheers Ray, that's good news.

I filled out the online bit last week and I have got a temporary account. I just need to sign the paper copy and get it back down to you.

Is there anything I need to do to link my online a/c to the credit a/c, or will this be done automatically?

I can't see any option as yet to pay by credit a/c on website checkout.

It ought to happen automatically, but if you PM me the email address that you used to register, I will make sure that it does! :)

Much appreciated Ray, i'm sure you have much more important things to be doing with your valuable time, but PM sent anyway.

Im looking forward to using Williams more. It's great to have a larger merchant with the same dedication to customers as a local.

The only things missing are branches in the Midlands and for Baxi to pull their fingers out.

I know, I've even offered to travel to Stafford towers to service the maids for free
Still no kin pen
