Hi all. Sorry I'm not a plumber so go easy on me. I have a triton shower (see images) below, I don't know the model as it was here before me. Basically you have to turn the handle anto clockwise for hot water, off is the 6 o'clock position. However the handle will only go as far as between 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock. If you look at the image below that's as far as the handle will turn, meaning I can only get luke warm water. I know you can calibrate the temperature by turning the valve with an allen key, but that isn't the issue. The issue is that the handle physically wont turn far enough. Anyone familiar with this shower, any suggestions? Thank you

Likely the cartridge needs replacing, or at least some maintenance. If you email the photo to Triton or the Showerdoc, they may be able to advise further and supply the spare.

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
