As the title says, sometimes my boiler turns it self off when it goes to zero pressure which happens quite a lot so I re- pressurise & comes back on all fine (heating & hot water). When the heating or hot water is on, small drops of water comes out of the overflow.

Also when I have restarted the boiler & the heating is on for awhile I'll go in the loft & the boiler has turned itself off with zero pressure but still overflowing.

It sometimes drips from the bottom of the boiler when heating is on.

Lastly I have bleed all the rads in the house.

I'm wondering if it's the pump?

Feedback would be appreciated
Sam

No not the pump I would say you have a leak somewhere on your system that's why the pressure is dropping

Do you know the make and model of your boiler ?

Well the overflow is dripping & I can't see where the water is dripping from within the boiler

Any chance of a pic of the pipe that's dripping?

Ahhh man wish I could but I'm at work till tomorrow. As soon as I get home I'll take a picture for you. You got an idea roughly why it could be leaking pressure? My boiler was loosing pressure before it started leaking from the bottom

That's the annoying thing I have done but made it worse because after he fiddled about, boiler now goes to zero & leaks from the bottom which it didn't do before he came
