Are they worth the ££ as an alternative to power flush or are they only good for the bin?

I use a magna cleanse coupled to the powerflusher it's fantastic.
Also if you collect the sludge in a bucket customers can see what there paying for.
 
They are good for a general clean shall we say and its an upgrade from a hot flush or chemical clean.

However its not a power flush.

Sewer pipe problems not sure about it
