Hi there,

I am looking to start liaising with a plumber that is able to make a few changes to a commercial unit I'm about to sign a lease on.

We will be needing water supply and drainage for both a sink and a commercial coffee machine on the ground floor. In the basement we will need two wall hung toilets installing very close to original toilet and two sinks installing on the opposite end of the basement (approx 13.5m from the current services).

I can provide floor plans detailing the changes immediately and once the lease is signed we can visit the premises.

Kind regards
Danny

Thanks for the opportunity.
