Alan...

My names Alan Hayzelden and since October 2007 I had been working for a Heating Services company and was on an apprenticeship at college to get my level 2. Basically, my boss treated me like ****, thought you could still treat an apprentice like they used to back in his day and a year and a half in a finally had enough and quit. I carried on going to college once a week and they have helped me out so that i can finish my level 2 but now im stuck. The college won't allow me to go on to my level 3 without an employer, I'm based in Medway, Kent but wouldn't mind getting the train an hour each side of Rainham. I currently do not drive, and as im doing minimum wage warehouse work i can not afford to take my test just yet, however, i had had lessons up to the point of being ready for my test. So if anyone hears of someone looking to take someone on in the area/sorrounding areas, please keep me in mind.

Cheers, Alan.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
