Hi, Just before xmas customer asked me to replace stat in E7 Element as water was too hot. I carried out replacement and all was working fine.
A week later customer called to say no hot water from E7 Element.
I went back, replaced thermostat still no hot water.
I went back again and connected tempory lead to E7 spur and was only pulling 2a. 3kw element should pull 12a.
I thought is was element so replaced and still no hot water.
Any ideas? I'm just gonna go back today and rewire the E7 circuit, but before I do wondered if I'm missing something simple here. Customer thinks I'm a right fool. lol
Any help would be great.
Thanks
