I tested a vaillant turbo max with my anto and the co2 was 209 p/p/m
Now only thing i can think of is the fan as its makeing a racket any ideas ?
The burner is all clean and no sings of damage
Clue ?

Are you sure you are not getting yourself confused with CO and CO2 ???????

the sprint has a ment if its to high all the bells and whistles ,could be fan,flue,co/co2 out of adjustment or heat exchanger gasket

start with basics check the flue if seal between inner and outer tubes on flue is damaged readings will be high as boiler is sucking in exhaust fumes instead of clean air
