My Ariston boiler is showing A 77 error code. I have looked on line and the error code is condensate trap full of water, condensate sensor short circuit. Does anyone know if i can empty the trap myself, or where it is, as I think if I can empty it myself. The electrical sensor will no longer short circuit it. Any idea where this trap is?

sorry to say you need a gas safe engineer in

Yep. And no, you can't touch it. You need to be a gsr. Please call one in.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
