According to the manual it’s incompatible software whatever that means. What’s is the 330 is it a rebadged ideal?

Given this boiler was installed around 2005 when should I be replacing it?
Also would a new boiler be significantly more efficient?
It can be anything from a dry joint on the board to the brains being fried on start up you can get by with a hair dryer but lasts less than a week etc
The Glow worm is a little less than 50 db, not the quietest but if that is a concern have it fitted in a cupboard.

Not sure the tank position in loft.
Loft not generally a frozen place as good quality insulation etc up there...
Its a Glow worm Belper underneath.
Issue turned out to be display pcb. Thnaks for the help guys!
