Had an awful day. Had a Tennant call me the gauge was going on the red. And making noise. Called potterton. They Said it was the return filter. Prior had removed the expansion vessel. Was okay no sign of water and had little air. Recharged 0.7bar. Refit Reset. Turned on. Then the flow pipe gets red hot flame rec went cherry and cutting out. Hot water the temperature gauge goes 20-99 and lock-out. Code E1100 I think. Definitely overheating. Took pump screw out with pump running and only a trickle of water coming out!.. checked pump for live and ok.
Is this the pump?

no just send it like you would post a pic up

in tha chat box/pm box you see font size etc hover over them with your mouse until you see insert pic

click that

browse file (find where the pic of your gas safe card is)

then press upload

your done
