May be useful to some,i once had a nasty bump off a 105 that was on a 3 pin plug,it was unplugged from the wall,the washing machine turned out to be faulty and was earthing through the plumbing and everything connected to it,the 105 got away with just showing a ntc fault,since that incident i have used a volt stick on the case before doing anything tests.jpg
 
lay the back of your hand on the case to see if its live, you wont grab on then :)
